Are your products of quality?
Yes because our items are unique pieces with an exclusive design.
But we don't ask you to take our word for it. Judge yourself by consulting our customer reviews from verified purchases : see the reviews .
All of our key rings are made only on request by our partner artisans . They are subject to strict quality controls by our teams, comply with current standards and are guaranteed against all defects.
Our products are hypoallergenic . They contain no allergens and our metal keyrings are nickel-free.
When will I receive my order?
The process of fulfilling your order includes artisanal manufacturing, quality checks and shipping.
The delivery time for an order by our craftsmen is on average 2 to 5 days. Once your order has been placed, your package will arrive in 10 to 15 days maximum, depending on the product, the time required for its manufacture, and the location of the craftsman.
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
How can I track my package ?
You can track your order via the tracking number that we sent you in the shipping confirmation email, or directly on our site by clicking on the following link: package tracking .
Some of our products are sent separately (see below), so you may have received multiple tracking numbers referring to multiple packages.

My order is not complete
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately , depending on available stocks, shipping warehouses and suppliers.
Each of your packages then has its own tracking number.
Don't worry, your order will arrive in full shortly, we'll make sure of that.
How much is shipping ?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order.
The price of our standard delivery is €4.90.
Delivery is free for any order of €25 or more. (Excluding DOM-TOM).
Overseas France (DOM-TOM)
We inform our kind customers that we are unfortunately only able to deliver to Reunion Island .
Deliveries to Reunion Island are generally longer (up to 2 months from the day of the order) in order to remain financially accessible. An additional cost for delivery (€9.87) will be requested.

Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not “processing”.
Can I cancel my order?
It is entirely possible to cancel your order.
If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price.
It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
I did not receive my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?
With our secure delivery option, La Maison du Porte-Clé® takes care of disputes for you.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not place the blame on the carrier by leaving you to “deal with it”. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense .

I would like to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product .
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, contact us by sending us a photograph of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible), accompanied by your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one and only one reduction code per order.
I received an import tax
La Maison du Porte-Clé® ships its products legally throughout the world. However, buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, we take no responsibility.
