Supply Chain Transparency

As part of our commitment to transparency and ethics, La Maison du Porte-Clé fully complies with the requirements of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act as well as the UK Modern Slavery Act . We strongly believe in the importance of maintaining a responsible and ethical supply chain, free from any form of forced labor or exploitation.

Our engagements :

  1. Risk Assessment: We regularly conduct in-depth risk assessments in our supply chain to identify and mitigate potential risks of forced labor, slavery and human trafficking.
  2. Verification: We require our suppliers to comply with our high ethical standards. Audits are carried out, including unannounced inspections by independent third parties, to ensure compliance.
  3. Supplier Certification: All of our suppliers must sign a certification that they comply with all applicable laws regarding forced labor and slavery in the countries where they operate.
  4. Accountability and Training: We train our employees and supply chain managers on the risks of forced labor and slavery, providing them with the tools necessary to identify and act effectively against these practices.
  5. Recourse: We have established mechanisms for our employees, suppliers and other stakeholders to report concerns or violations of our supply chain policies, confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

At La Maison du Porte-Clé, we are committed to acting with integrity and responsibility in all our activities. We work tirelessly to strengthen our supply chain practices and to support human rights and dignity at work around the world.
